nice 👍 i discovered the biggest change in my continued health and fitness came when I was finally able to break myself of the conditioned behavior to buy convenience. when you finally start actually making your own food instead of taking the short cuts the rest almost takes care of itself. and after a while you become so accustomed to it along with an improved efficiency in the kitchen that the time factor becomes a moot point as well ❤ keep it up boss lady

Never ever this is only what she is doing for her arms. Must be daily fitness around 90 Minutes otherwise not possible … I have done a lot of sports but with getting older nothing works out so quickly as before. But beyond all: she looks amazing in shape
