I just finished this workout. I did 1 set of 20. I made it through those. I am going to work my way up to 2 sets of 20. I got a little extra chunk, so its hard to do a couple of the exercises, but they are doable. 🙂

Petra, just wanna say thank you for your great workouts. I'm a factory worker in a strenuous job, yet Doc says thats not exercise. Who's got time or energy to go to a gym following eight hours of lift that barge, tote that bale? Perhaps your detractors, looking down from their cozy comfy office chairs can afford to be so caustic with their judgements, but I think the straightforward, effective routines you've put together are pure inspiration, dont change a single thing. As you know, " haters gonna hate." Lol Keep up the good work, Love you Petra! ❣️💯🔥

Started with her a few weld back. Got distracted and didn’t continue. I AM DOING THEN NOW. Very easy to follow along with I like. She doesn’t just say do this and then leave you alone. I need to follow and watch to be sure to do the right thing. She’s GREAT! I’ll be doing these daily.. maybe twice. Love the feel when exercising just need to have a program to follow and a friendly face on the other side:) thank you Petra for the friendly reminder I got in email. This is exactly where I need my help. Senior and the arm is needing toned!! I’ll continue now daily.

Ladies this is great and if you get the book Make Food Simple by Dr Livinggood it will change your way of eating for the better. I’m working with. Dietician and I’m eating two eggs at breakfast, 4 oz of meat, 4 oz of Vegetables and 4oz of certain fruits at lunch then again for early dinner. No snacks yet, no oils yet and no butter for 40 days then slowly introducing only good fats in the maintenance phase. 100 ounces of water a day. ❤ It will work. I’m excited to rid the menopause/cortisol belly!

I would like to lose a little more weight and have a higher weights, but I depends what you're looking for to be tone or do you have Katzen your arms?
You could do this all home I understand I would like something a little more stable on my table. The weights are important. I have a trainer, but I want to incorporate that into my workout which I used to do all the time at the gym I just have to buy a set of weights that's it.
I actually do not eat as much as I used to, but I cannot lose the weight I don't need as much but I do love a little more than half a pound of meat per meal or a pound of meat and two meals chicken trying to stay away from the carbs no alcohol anymore. I agree about the alcohol. Are used to love a beer. I don't like it anymore. I love rice still, but I don't eat a lot of it whenever I have anything that's barbecue I don't have a sauce cooked into it I dribble along if I want a little bit. I learn then Weight Watchers menopause it's tough.
The small portions are great, but you could actually eat a lot more depending on your height and you don't wanna starve yourself. How depends what your needs are the carnivore diet actually provides you can eat a lot more and you don't want to be starving, but at the same time, do you have to work with your doctor? Don't listen to anybody until you can solve them.
I love, avocado, but it's all about portions. You're very petite with a very slight lean build a much more athletic than 58 but we years ago on my way got out of control but I love the whole concept.
